Our studio follows a progressive OFQUAL-accredited framework across a range of dance styles, including ballet, tap, contemporary, modern jazz, theatre craft, freestyle, and acrobatic dance.
Students can take part in optional IDTA examinations, offering structured progression, a real sense of achievement, and valuable feedback from qualified examiners. These experiences help build confidence, discipline, and resilience both in and out of the studio.
We also offer a variety of performance opportunities from on-stage showcases to community events and in-class presentations, encouraging creativity, teamwork, and self-expression.

Ordering your Locomotion Dance uniform couldn’t be simpler. Just complete a bank transfer, and we’ll take care of all the sizing for you. Dancewear uses specialist sizes (000, 00, 0, 1, 2, etc.), and footwear can be tricky to get right - tap shoes often run small, while ballet shoes usually need to be sized up.
To save you the hassle, we manage the entire fitting process once payment is received, ensuring a perfect fit and a completely stress-free uniform experience.
